Here are the highlights from the January 27 meeting of the CSU board of directors. Plans for this year’s Pride Week were approved, to be held March 13 – 17. Plans for a Q&A with President Paul Dangerfield were also approved, which will provide students with an opportunity to meet with new Capilano University president Dangerfield.
Thrive with Mental Wellness, a set of two movie screenings, were coordinated by the accessibility justice collective. The set features the one-woman show That’s Just Crazy Talk as well as a screening of student films on mental health in collaboration with MOPA and the Counselling Department on February 28 and March 2, respectively.
Plans for the Sexual Violence and Misconduct Open House were approved, to be held on February 9 from 11am to 1pm in the CSU Members’ Centre (LB 195).
