Here are the highlights from the September 7 meeting of the CSU board of directors.

Collective liaisons and coordinators presented outreach strategies to engage students and collective members. The psychological health in the workplace policy was further amended and approved. Two delegates were approved to attend the 2019 LGBTQ2S+ Service Providers’ Summit. Budgeting for the personal electronics repair service was approved. Three students were appointed to the election appeals committee. One board member was appointed to the university registrar search committee, and the indigenous students liaison was appointed to the university indigenous steering community. An issues-based policy on proportional representation was approved by the board. The board discussed the process for the prospective dean of arts and sciences.
